Note on Refereeing Process
The works in this volume underwent a rigourous refereeing process: All
papers were refereed by one of the program committee (list of editors
of this volume). Referees did not referee their own paper(s). Any
paper rejected at this level was further reviewed by a second member
of the program committee. Finally, the chief editor (Standish)
reviewed all papers, both for technical accuracy, and for editorial
style.
